Heather George is the Principal of the WGT Mindfulness Centre. She is a Yoga Alliance registered Senior Yoga Teacher with diplomas in Hatha Yoga, Anatomy & Physiology, Yoga Therapy and Pre&Post Natal Yoga.

Tony Davis is an IT management consultant & mindfulness teacher with Diplomas in Advanced Meditation & delivering the 8 week mindfulness course. He has a strong interest is in the benefits of mindfulness in the workplace.

Sue Webber has been teaching T'ai Chi Ch'uan for 24 years with the European School of T'ai chi Ch'uan. She loves the calm space that T'ai Chi brings into her life as well the fun and communicative aspects of T'ai Chi.

Jean-Claude Rawady’s yoga education includes 200 hr BSY Hatha Yoga, 300 hr intense Rasa Yoga, Gravatonic swing yoga & mindfulness meditation. He is honoured to guide fellow yogis on the same path

Ram Inderpreet Kaur has been teaching Kundalini Yoga for 6 years and is now a teacher trainer. She is a qualified therapist in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, Theta Healing & Indian head massage.

Debbie Wherlock has been teaching Yoga for 15 years and was a fitness instructor for 12 years before that. She has diplomas in Hatha Yoga, Anatomy & Physiology, Sports Massage & Remedial Therapy.

Mel Jensen has been practicing Yoga for 13 years & teaching for 3. She has a British Wheel of Yoga level 4 diploma, a Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology & Pathology and studied in Thailand, India & Morocco.

Cathy Jones has been practicing Yoga for 15 years and qualified in 2014 after training with Swami Satvikananda Saraswati. She teaches gentle Hatha Yoga. She is passionate about Yoga as a therapy for stress and anxiety.

Michelle Turner-Wood is a Hypnobirthing Teacher qualified in the Katherine Graves method, which is accredited by the Royal College of Midwives. She feels passionate about supporting and empowering parents during the life changing event that is the birth of their child.

Elizabeth Saunders has taught hatha yoga for 20 years and was trained by the BWY. She has completed the 'Yoga for Pregnancy' and 'Yoga for Children' modules and is a qualified laughter yoga leader.
